Kiwi, the most nutritious fruit

According to OMS (World Health Organization) they proposed as daily dietary goal eat at least 600 gr. of fruit, vegetables and greens to be indisputable source of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and trace elements, fiber and a countless variety of phytochemicals, many of them with a protective effect antioxidant. Is widespread in Spain, the expression «5 colours a day» (health colours) to remember the importance of eating these foods daily.

The kiwi fruit is the most complete as has been recently published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition a study to assess the nutritional value of 27 different fruits, to report on what are the most interesting from a dietary point of view . The Kiwi scored the highest score (16), followed by papaya (14), mango and orange (11), apple (10), and so on.

The pear is the less complete fruit and it´s very useful to keep the line. It is poor in lipids and proteins. It has almost 12% of carbohydrates as simple sugars, primarily fructose, which makes it highly recommended for athletes in the exercise.

One food that brings more benefits for the body is broccoli .The best way to consume this food is raw in salads or steamed . The Benefits of Broccoli are:  Prevents the Cancer, detoxify the body, improves the skin, protects the heart, protects the bones, protects the eyes,  strengthen the immune system, prevent anemia, prevents constipation, and also it helps in  pregnancy.

The eggplant is the less complete vegetable and is not known for their energy and nutritional value, as it provides a dry residue less than 8% because of their low protein, carbohydrate and mineral content. Water is the major component of its weight.
