International mediation in the TAS

Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid-UE

The current crisis induced by COVID, added to the challenges faced by the sports scene, make it necessary to bet on sports mediation as a form of extrajudicial conflict resolution. National and international sports organizations, clubs and in general all sports interest groups understand the value of this tool for the resolution of sport conflicts. In addition, this tool goes further since it allows to start a path of recovery of the values of sport, those that for decades have articulated the sporting phenomenon and have generated passion for it. We have the tool and its incorporation and implementation with roots is lacking to face the callenges of the future.
